At AVAKIFY LTD, we take your privacy and data security seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the Avakify bot and website.

When you invite Avakify to your server or use our services, we only collect the absolute minimum data required for the bot to function:

  • Discord User IDs & Server IDs: Used to track token balances, experience points (XP), and moderation logs.
  • Command Usage Data: We log when commands like `/generate` or `/ban` are used to ensure system stability and track rate limits.
  • Payment Information: Handled entirely by our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details.

2. Message Content Privacy

We do not read or store your server's messages. Avakify relies entirely on Discord's Slash Commands API. The only text we process is the explicit input you provide when executing a command (e.g., the prompt string in `/generate prompt: [text]`). We never store regular chat messages.

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
  • Process transactions and manage your token balances securely.
  • Monitor and prevent abusive activity within the bot ecosystem.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (like our payment processor or cloud hosting providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Discord User ID and associated XP/Token balances for as long as you are active. If you wish to have all your data purged from our systems, server owners or individual users may request data deletion by contacting us at support@avakify.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
