Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Avakify for your Discord community automation and AI generation needs. We aim to provide transparent and fair billing practices, processed securely via our Merchant of Record.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, digital nature of Avakify subscriptions and AI Token deliveries, all sales are final. Once a subscription is activated or an AI token bundle is delivered to your server, the resources are instantly available and consumed by our infrastructure.

2. Exceptions and Technical Failures

Refunds are only granted in the event of documented technical failure on our end within the first 7 days of purchase. A technical failure includes:

• The bot being entirely offline and inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours during your first week of service.
• A billing error resulting in duplicate charges.
• Tokens completely failing to be deposited to your server after purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time upon cancellation.

4. Requesting Support

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our technical failure exception, please contact us immediately at support@avakify.com. Please include your Discord User ID, Server ID, and proof of purchase.
